Each product we offer is custom made and, in most cases, orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders can be completed in two to four weeks, depending on product quantity and the level of customization. Traditionally, formal invitations are mailed out six to eight weeks prior to your event. We offer rush service on orders nearing your mailing deadline.

Ordering Process

We are always updating and expanding our website to bring you many different ways to make your event customized and unforgettable. We expect to start offering some ordering options on the website soon. Due to the virtually unlimited level of customization options available, at this time we are accepting orders via e–mail and telephone.

If you want to print or assemble your invitations yourself, we offer raw materials available at any stage of completion, giving the "do–it–yourselfer" the option to be directly involved in creating your Unforgettable Invites.

Order Status

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will provide you with an order number and date we expect your order to be completed. These dates are not guaranteed, but are considered "firm" and barring any extremely unusual circumstances, should be completed on or before this date.

Using your order number and zip code, you can log into the Check Order Status section of our website to access the current status of your order. The status is updated at each stage of the process and when your item ships, a tracking number will be e–mailed to you as well as displayed within your order status on our website.

Delivery

To ensure the safety and security of your order, we require a signature upon delivery of your merchandise. Because of this we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your order on the day it is scheduled for delivery.

Shipping can take between 2 and 5 business days within the Continental U.S. When your order has shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to track the delivery progress.

Payments

We accept all major forms of payment – Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and echeck using PayPal's secure 128bit encryption payment services. Due to the value of our products, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
